Returns
Due to the nature of our skincare and candle products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. We recommend reading product descriptions thoroughly and contacting us with any questions prior to making your purchase.
Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds on any of our products. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation or a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at blk.pearlcompany@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- A description of the issue
We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the problem, whether that involves replacing the item or issuing store credit.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at blk.pearlcompany@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
