Thank you for shopping with Black Pearl Company. We take great pride in our artisan candles and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below:

Returns

  • We accept returns on unused products that are in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unburned, and in the same condition received. Handmade products may have slight natural variations which are not considered defects.

  • Please contact us at blk.pearlcompany@gmail.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a candle that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If original payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for incorrect items or defects. Please email blk.pearlcompany@gmail.comwith details and your order number for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used, burned, or customized candles cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Time for Returns

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for returned items to reach us, depending on your location.
